Dental Bridges

Replace one or more missing teeth without surgery.

A bridge replaces missing teeth by anchoring crowns on the healthy teeth either side of the gap. The middle unit (pontic) replaces the missing tooth. It\'s the alternative to an implant when surgery isn\'t an option, when the neighbor teeth already need crowns, or when you want a faster solution.

Process: same as crowns, two visits over 10 days. The teeth on either side are prepared for crowns, an impression is taken, and the bridge (3 units fused) is cemented as one piece.

Per-bridge pricing: $750 PFM 3-unit · $1,050 zirconia 3-unit · add ~$250 per additional unit. US average: $3,000–$5,000.

Materials

PFM or full zirconia. We can also do Maryland bridges (resin-bonded, less invasive) for specific front-tooth cases.

Frequently asked questions

Bridge or implant?

Implant if neighbor teeth are healthy and you don't want to grind them. Bridge if neighbor teeth already need crowns, or if surgery is contraindicated. We discuss both at your free diagnosis.

How long does a bridge last?

10–15 years with proper hygiene. The limitation is usually the supporting teeth, not the bridge itself.

Can I floss?

Yes, with a floss threader or water flosser. We show you how at delivery.

Will I lose more bone over time?

Slight bone resorption is possible under the pontic over many years. An implant prevents this entirely.

Warranty?

5 years against material failure.
